Where We Came In
When Fidelity Payment came into the picture, the hotel’s management team were eager to explore our “lower rates guaranteed” policy and undisputed high customer satisfaction. Best Western Plus Stoke on Trent needed both better service and rates alongside a personal account management. Due to lots of outlets within the hotel and a 24 hour operation, it needed a card payment provider like us who could integrate seamlessly with their bespoke, key systems such as Rezlynx PMS and PCR Payments.
